How E3 SkyPath uses SMS — what messages you receive, how to opt in, and how to opt out at any time.
E3 SkyPath operates an SMS notification service for its flight school and aviation maintenance school management platform. E3 SkyPath is a product of E3 Aviation Association LLC. This page describes the program, the types of messages users receive, how to opt in, and how to opt out.
Program name: E3 SkyPath Notifications
Operated by: E3 SkyPath
Legal entity: E3 Aviation Association LLC
Platform: E3 SkyPath
Message type: Transactional and operational notifications
Message frequency: Varies based on user activity and enrollment status
E3 SkyPath is used by flight schools and aviation maintenance schools to manage student enrollment, instructor scheduling, aircraft assignments, training milestones, and regulatory compliance. SMS notifications keep enrolled users informed of time-sensitive operational events.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase, subscribe to, or use E3 SkyPath. School owners may complete checkout at app.e3aviationassociation.com/order without opting in to SMS, and students, instructors, and staff may use the platform without opting in to SMS. Users who do not opt in to SMS receive the same service and the same notifications via email.
Only the following user types may opt in to receive SMS messages from E3 SkyPath:
E3 SkyPath does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. All messages are transactional and tied to active enrollment, ownership, or employment with a participating school.
By opting in, you consent to receive any of the following message categories:

Users may opt in to receive SMS messages from E3 SkyPath through either of the following two methods. The checkbox is optional in both flows — users who do not check it can still complete checkout or use the platform. Mobile numbers are never used to send SMS without explicit consent.
When a flight school or aviation maintenance school owner places an order at app.e3aviationassociation.com/order, the checkout form includes an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox with the following language:
Checking the box is optional. The order can be completed without it, and the order will not be delayed or modified in any way if the box is left unchecked.
When a school administrator enrolls a student, instructor, or staff member into E3 SkyPath, the user receives an activation email from support@e3association.com. During first sign-in, the user is presented with an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox with the following language:
